Bio

With more than seven years of dedicated experience as a therapist, I am committed to walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s most difficult challenges. My practice is rooted in a client-centred, relational, and solution-focused approach—offering a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where clients feel genuinely understood and supported.

In individual therapy, I work closely with clients facing relational struggles, including separation or divorce, attachment and betrayal trauma, anger management, and court-ordered counselling. My goal is to empower each person to gain clarity, heal deeply, and move forward with confidence.

In couples therapy, I specialize in supporting partners through high conflict, infidelity, betrayal trauma, intimate partner violence, and discernment counselling. I strive to help couples better understand their relational patterns, explore their options with care, and rebuild (or peacefully transition) with respect and honesty.

In child and family therapy, I bring a deep understanding of complex family systems. My focus includes working with high-conflict dynamics, blended families, co-parenting challenges, major life transitions, and reintegration therapy. I create a supportive space that encourages healthier communication, stronger bonds, and lasting resilience.

My approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe therapy works best as an active partnership, where clients feel guided with honesty and clarity while drawing on proven methods that foster meaningful and lasting change.
