Cassandra Teaca is a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of The College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph-Humber and a Master’s degree from Yorkville University.

Cassandra provides compassionate, client-centred care for children, adolescents, adults, and families navigating a wide range of mental health and life challenges. She has experience supporting concerns including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, career stress, neurodivergence (including ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder), learning disabilities, behavioural challenges, trauma, and childhood experiences. She also supports clients experiencing loneliness, family conflict, and relational difficulties.

Her clinical approach is collaborative, integrative, and grounded in creating a safe and supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Cassandra places strong emphasis on building a trusting therapeutic relationship and tailoring care to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Cassandra draws from an eclectic range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy. Her work is informed by a trauma-informed and person-centred lens, with recognition that treatment should be flexible and individualized.

She is committed to supporting emotional regulation, self-understanding, and personal growth, while helping clients build resilience and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and clarity.
