Bio

Dana Stoiku is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where individuals feel comfortable being themselves. She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, ADHD, anger management concerns, and difficulties within personal relationships, including family, friendships, and intimate partnerships.

Dana understands that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and her approach is grounded in care, collaboration, and respect for each individual’s unique experiences. Her work is CBT-informed and integrative, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) while incorporating skills-based strategies, supportive counselling, strengths-based perspectives, and elements of family systems and emotion-focused approaches when helpful. Therapy is always tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals, and pace.

Dana’s goal is to support clients in building insight, developing practical coping tools, and creating meaningful change in a way that feels empowering and sustainable. She believes that no one should have to navigate life’s challenges alone.
