Hannah is passionate about helping you and your family tell your stories, rewrite the narratives that hold you back, and work towards your therapeutic goals.
For children: Using stories, art, drama, and play Hannah helps your child better understand their brain, build the skills necessary for life’s challenges, and manage big emotions. Hannah uses creative arts and play-based interventions which offers a more accessible and dynamic approach for children than conventional talk therapy. They can have fun learning about themselves and their brains while meeting the same therapeutic goals. Hannah loves to create a welcoming, comfortable, and caring environment for children where they feel free to explore, create, and flourish!
For Parents: Through her work in various hospital and community health settings Hannah has seen first-hand how important and impactful incorporating parents into their child’s healing process can be. Using an attachment lens, Hannah helps parents to reflect on their own childhood experiences while also providing hands-on techniques to help withal of the big and little parenting struggles.
Hannah’s practice focusses on emotional regulation, communication skills, stress management, and psychoeducation. She has extensive experience with anxiety, depression, identity exploration, self-harm, and suicidality. Hannah looks forward to meeting with you and helping to guide you and your family towards your goals.
